About AVRG+
AVRG+ is ABCO's implementation of a volumetric data reconstruction from the set of two-dimensional projections.
AVRG+ 3D cone-beam reconstruction (CBCT) uses the filtered back-projection algorithm (Feldkamp) in combination with ABCO's proprietary add-ons. AVRG+ supports scanners with rotating gantry or turn-tables and also supports non-ideal source/detector trajectories. AVRG+ incorporates metal streak distortion reduction, detector asymmetric setup, and optional graphics card acceleration support. AVRG+ software can be controlled and run by either included graphical user interface (GUI) or can be used as a software development kit (SDK).
The most common areas to use AVRG+ are dental applications, non-destructive testing (NDT) applications, micro-CT applications, and biological applications. |
